Nope, you can't buy jewelry to wear in GTA 5 story mode. You can only steal it in heists or find it as collectibles. The bling isn't for wearing, it's for scoring!

Sadly, no. GTA 5 doesn't let you buy jewelry like rings or necklaces to accessorize your character in story mode. The closest you get is robbing jewelry stores during missions!
