Nope, Xbox One doesn't support direct casting from the Oculus Quest 2. Try using a PC with casting software as a go-between.

Not directly, but I've had success using apps like AirScreen on a PC to cast the Oculus Quest 2 and then streaming that to my Xbox One. Give it a shot!
