I've tried it myself. You can connect Dre Beats to an Xbox One controller using a 3.5mm cable. Worked like a charm for me.

Sadly, you can't directly connect Dre Beats to an Xbox One via Bluetooth. Xbox One doesn't support Bluetooth devices. But you can try using a 3.5mm audio cable to plug into your controller, if your Beats and controller have the right ports.
