Nah, Xbox Series X doesn’t do Bluetooth for headsets. Wired options only!

Unfortunately, you can't connect wireless Beats directly to the Xbox Series X. Xbox consoles do not support Bluetooth connections for audio.

From my experience, a Bluetooth adapter worked perfectly. Just plug it into the controller and pair your Beats. Easy peasy!
