Nope, you can't directly connect AirPods to an Xbox One since Xbox One doesn't support Bluetooth audio devices. But you can use workarounds like connecting to your TV or using an Xbox app on your phone!

Tried it myself: AirPods don't connect directly to Xbox One, but I use my phone with the Xbox app to get around it.

No, it's not possible unless you use a Bluetooth adapter which can be fiddly and doesn't guarantee great audio.
