Nope, Stardew Valley doesn't support cross-platform play. So, if you're on PC and your friend is on Nintendo Switch, you won't be able to farm together. Each player has to stick to their own platform's farm.

Actually, Stardew Valley doesn't have cross-platform support. It's a bummer, but the game is still a blast to play alone or with friends on the same device type.

Sadly, cross-platform multiplayer isn't a thing in Stardew Valley. That being said, it's a fantastic game to get lost in, whether you're solo or playing with friends on the same platform!
