Customizing cars in GTA 4 isn't a thing, really. Just a paint job at Pay 'n' Spray. If you want real customization, GTA 5 is where it's at.

Yeah, you can kinda customize cars in GTA 4, but it's not like in other GTA games. You can't go into a shop and pick out new paint, spoilers, or wheels. But, you can still change the color of your car by respraying it at a Pay 'n' Spray. It's not super detailed customization, but it's something!
Nope, not really. If you're looking for deep customization options like body kits or custom wheels, GTA 4 will disappoint. You can only change the car color by respraying. So, keep expectations low on the custom ride front.
TBH, GTA 4's car customization is pretty basic. Just spray and pray you like the color it gives you!
