Nah, you can't customize taxis in GTA 5 like you do with personal vehicles. The game lets you trick out your own rides with all sorts of upgrades and paint jobs, but taxis? They're stuck in vanilla mode, straight outta the taxi company.

Actually, taxis are a no-go for custom mods in GTA 5. It's a bummer, I know. Tried it once thinking I'd roll around Los Santos in a neon green taxi, but no dice. The game's just not set up for that kind of customization.
