Nope, you can't date other players in Stardew Valley. The game lets you date and marry NPC (non-player characters) though. So, you can still find your virtual soulmate among the townsfolk!

Sadly, Stardew Valley doesn't support romantic relationships between real-life players. You get to woo and wed the local NPCs, not your buddies.
