Yes, you can disable cross-platform play in Fortnite. Just go to Settings > Account and Privacy, then toggle off 'Allow Cross-Platform Parties'.

Actually, you shouldn't disable cross-platform. It's great for finding matches quicker and playing with friends on different consoles!
