Yep, you totally can drop out of rank in Apex Legends, but only up to a point. The game uses a Ranked Leagues system, and once you hit a certain rank, you can't drop below it within that season. For example, once you hit Gold, you won't drop back to Silver, but you can move within the tiers of Gold.

Nope, you can't drop out of your rank tier no matter how many times you get squashed! Once you're gold, you're gold for the season, baby. But you can drop from Gold IV to Gold III, so don't slack off too much.

Actually, it's a bit more nuanced. You can drop tiers within a rank but not below the rank itself once you've achieved it in a season. So, focus on climbing, not falling!

If you're a Apex Legends player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
