Those sweet, sweet lowriders with bouncing capabilities are reserved for GTA Online only, specifically after the Lowrider update. So if you're lookin' to cruise down the streets of Los Santos, bouncing to the beat, you'll have to venture into the online world.

Nope, no hydraulics in GTA 5 story mode. You gotta hop online for that kind of fun!

I tried everything, man. Even looked for mods but realized mods are a no-go if you wanna keep things legit. So, no hydraulics in story mode, just in GTA Online. Bit of a bummer if you ask me.
