Technically, it's very unlikely. Xbox One runs a secure OS, and Microsoft vets everything you can download. You're safer than a squirrel in a nut factory!

I've had my Xbox One for years and never encountered a virus. As long as you don’t try to jailbreak it or download shady stuff, you’ll be fine.
