Nope, gifting skins directly in Valorant isn't a thing yet. Riot Games hasn't included a direct skin gifting feature within the game. But hey, you can always get your friend a gift card so they can buy the skins themselves. It's the thought that counts, right?

Actually, while you can't directly gift a skin, I gave my friend an Amazon Gift Card for his birthday, and he used it to buy Valorant Points. He bought the coolest skin he'd been eyeing for weeks. Worked out pretty well!
Short answer: No. Can't send skins to your buddies in Valorant. Maybe someday, but not today.
