Nope, you can't gift a skin you already own. But you can gift skins from the item shop to friends!

Not possible! Once you own it, it's yours to keep. You can only gift items from the shop.

Sorry, but currently, Fortnite doesn't allow gifting skins you already have. Maybe they'll add it in the future?

I've been playing Fortnite for years, and trust me, you can't gift your own skins. The gifting system only works with new purchases from the shop.
