You can't have two Xbox Live accounts on one email. I tried it myself and ended up with a lot of frustration!

Unfortunately, Microsoft doesn't allow more than one Xbox Live account per email. You'll have to use a different email for each account.

Nope, you can only have one Xbox Live account per email address. Each account needs a unique email.
