Absolutely, you can link your Rise of Kingdoms account between Android and iPad by using a Facebook account. Just log into RoK on one device using your Facebook account, and then do the same on the other device! Easy peasy!

Yup, just use a Facebook account to sync your progress between devices. Open Rise of Kingdoms, go to Settings > Account, and link to Facebook. Then, log in on your other device using the same Facebook account. Seamless transition!
