Yup, you can link your Apex Legends account on PC to your PlayStation or Xbox by using the same EA account. Just make sure your console account is connected to your EA account and boom, you're good to go.

Nope. Apex doesn't do cross-progression between PC and consoles. You can play together, but your skins and progress? Locked where you earned 'em.

Been there, done that! Just connected my PS4 account to my PC using my EA account details. It's more about having everything under one EA umbrella rather than full cross-progression. Don't expect to see your console skins on PC though.
