Yup, just select the army you wanna move units from, then right-click on the target army on the campaign map. Easy peasy!

Transfer units by selecting an army, then dragging the unit cards to the other army you want to move them to.

Yeah, but make sure the armies are close enough on the map to do the transfer, otherwise, no dice.

You can swap units between armies when they're adjacent. Just drag and drop the units over. Simple transfer process, really!
