Nope, you can't directly pair an Xbox 360 controller to an Xbox One. They use different wireless protocols. But hey, you can always use a wired connection with a compatible USB cable if you really need to!

Unfortunately, the Xbox 360 controller isn’t natively compatible with the Xbox One. Better to stick with an Xbox One controller for the full experience.
