Microsoft currently only provides Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscriptions on a monthly basis. No annual plans available, but you can stack several months if you like.

You can’t pay for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on a yearly basis directly. They only offer monthly subscriptions.

As someone who has been on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for years, I've always paid monthly. They don't offer an annual payment option, but the service is totally worth it!
