Nope, trees gotta stretch their roots out in the open ground! In Stardew Valley, you can plant trees in the ground, but not in garden pots. Pots are for your flowers and veggies.

Sadly, no tree hugging in pots. Garden pots in Stardew are strictly for crops and flowers. Trees need the open soil to grow. Spread those seeds in the wild!

No way. Trees are too big for those little pots. Stick to planting them outside; they need room to grow.
