Nah, keyboard and mouse all the way. Controllers are fine, but you're missing out on the precision that comes with K&M.

Yep, it's totally doable. Been playing with my Xbox controller on PC for months now. No issues at all, feels just like playing on console but with the beauty of PC graphics.
