Sure, Xbox One still lets you enjoy plenty of games offline. But no Xbox Live means no online multiplayer, no cloud saves, and no access to some game updates.

You don't need Xbox Live for offline games or local multiplayer. But for online multiplayer, Xbox Live is a must.
