Actually managed to play GTA 4 on my PS5 through some backward compatibility magic! It's not ideal and takes a bit of effort, but where there's a will, there's a way. Felt like a tech wizard by the end of it. ?✨
Officially, GTA 4 isn't available on the PS5 as a direct port or through the PlayStation Store.
