No, and it's a bummer. I tried setting up a heist with my buddy who plays on Xbox while I'm on PC, and no dice. Learned the hard way that GTA 5 doesn't mix the two.
Nah, GTA 5 doesn't support that. Would've been cool, though!
Unfortunately, nope. GTA 5 doesn't support cross-platform play between PC and Xbox. So, if you're hoping to team up with your Xbox pals while you're on your PC, you're out of luck. Each platform is its own little island.
