Not really. The Xbox 360 doesn't natively support gaming with a keyboard and mouse.

I tried this back in the day, and the keyboard only worked for typing messages. No gaming action with a mouse and keyboard, sadly!

Technically, you can use a keyboard on the Xbox 360 for text input, but it doesn't support mouse input or playing games with them.
