Nope, unfortunately, NCAA Basketball 10 isn't backward-compatible on the Xbox One. Time to dust off the ol' Xbox 360!

Sadly, NCAA Basketball 10 is not playable on Xbox One. Your best bet is to keep an Xbox 360 handy or search for a newer basketball game!

I tried to play NCAA Basketball 10 on Xbox One, but no luck. Xbox One doesn't support it, so you'll need an Xbox 360 for that.
