Nope, sadly The Sims Bustin' Out isn't compatible with the Xbox 360. You'll need an original Xbox to play it.

Unfortunately, The Sims Bustin' Out isn't part of the backward compatibility list for Xbox 360. It's original Xbox or bust!

I really wish you could, but you can't play The Sims Bustin' Out on Xbox 360. Only the original Xbox supports it.
