I've tried running two accounts on one PC using virtual machines, but it's a bit of a hassle and not officially supported. Better stick to one account per device!

You can't play two Warframe accounts simultaneously on one PC directly, but you can switch between accounts by logging in and out. Easy peasy!

Nope, it's not possible to run two instances of Warframe on the same PC at the same time. You'll have to choose one account at a time.
