You can't really do a traditional LAN setup in Valheim, but you can set up a local server on your network. Just create a dedicated server on one computer and have the other players join using your local IP. Works like a charm for local co-op!

No official LAN mode in Valheim, but running a dedicated server on your local network is an easy workaround. Search for guides – plenty out there!
