Nope, unfortunately, you can't directly use an Xbox One controller on an Xbox 360. However, you can connect it to a PC and use software like 'Xbox 360 Controller Emulator' to make it work.

No, it's not directly compatible. Trust me, I tried it myself and ended up having to buy a separate controller for my Xbox 360.
