Nope, unless you have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Regular Game Pass won't cut it.

Yes, you can play Xbox Game Pass on an iPad Pro through the Xbox Cloud Gaming service available in the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. Just open Safari, go to xbox.com/play, and start gaming!
