Hot take: You can't straight up sell properties in GTA Online as if it's a real estate game. You trade in, not sell. Makes you think more before buying that 10th garage, huh?

Yes, you can sell properties in GTA Online, but not directly. You gotta trade it in when buying a new one. So, pick a new spot you like, and a portion of your old property's value will reduce the price of the new one. It's like upgrading your crib but with some cash back.

Sure can! But it's more of a trade-in situation. I swapped my old apartment for a penthouse and got a nice discount on the new place. Felt good to freshen up my GTA living situation without losing all my investment.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
