Yep, you can totally sell NPC cars in GTA 5. Just drive any car you nab from the NPCs to a Los Santos Customs shop. Keep in mind though, not all cars can be sold and the fancier the car, the more likely it won't be accepted. Easy money!

Nah, it's a waste of time. Only cheap cars get accepted, and the payout is peanuts. Better ways to make cash in GTA 5.
