Nope, you can't sell penthouses in GTA 5, at least not in the way you can sell other properties or cars. What you can do is trade it in when buying a new one. This gets you a bit of a discount based on the value of your current penthouse. So, think of it as a trade-up rather than a direct sell!

Actually, selling penthouses directly isn't a thing in GTA 5. You gotta trade it in and get a rebate for your next purchase. A bit of a bummer if you're looking to make some quick cash.

Nah, you can't just unload your penthouse like yesterday's news. Best you can do is use it as a trade-in for a new one. Kinda like swapping out an old toy for a less old toy.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
