Nope, you can crack open relics and then trade or sell the rewards, but the relics themselves have to be opened. I usually run fissure missions to get goodies!

Nope, you can't sell relics in Warframe. But hey, you can crack them open for some sweet Prime loot or trade the rewards!

I know, it's kinda annoying that you can't sell relics, but you can use the Prime parts you get from them to trade with other Tenno.
