Nah, you're stuck with it! GTA doesn't let you sell the Arena Workshop once you've bought it. It's like that gym membership you got in January... forever hopeful, eternally unused.

Short answer: No. You can't sell the Arena in GTA 5. It's a one-time purchase that's yours for life, whether you like it or not.

Not directly. But, you can kinda sidestep around it by buying a cheaper property if you're tight on cash. Still, the original Arena stays in your property portfolio, haunting you like a bad tattoo.
