Unfortunately, you can't directly share Xbox Game Pass for PC with friends. Each person needs their own subscription. You can, however, share individual game purchases with the Microsoft family sharing feature for other types of content!

Sorry, Game Pass subscriptions are tied to individual accounts. If your friend wants to play, they gotta get their own.

Through my personal experience, sharing the Xbox Game Pass for PC isn’t possible. My buddy tried to log in with my details, but nope – no dice. Each user's gotta have their own!
