Just buy Ember Prime from the trade chat if you really want her. Farming isn't an option since she's vaulted.

You can't farm Ember Prime from the usual relics anymore since she was vaulted, but you can still get her from trading with other players. Keep an eye on Baro Ki'Teer too!
