Nope, you can't get V-Bucks from the Collection Book anymore. They removed that feature a while back.

Unfortunately, Epic Games stopped giving V-Bucks through the Collection Book. You're better off doing daily quests or Battle Pass tasks.

No, you can't get V-Bucks from the Collection Book anymore. Try grinding Save the World missions instead.
