Unfortunately, you can no longer get Meowscles through the Battle Pass as it was exclusive to Chapter 2 Season 2. However, Epic Games sometimes brings back popular characters in the Item Shop, so keep an eye out!

I got Meowscles when he first came out, so I can confirm he was in Chapter 2 Season 2 Battle Pass. Best chance now is hoping for a return in the Item Shop.

Nope, Meowscles was part of a past Battle Pass. If you missed it, there's no legit way to get him right now.
