Nope, bunkers are strictly for the business side of things in GTA 5. Think illegal arms, not car collections. Got to park those cars elsewhere!

Nah, you can't store your personal vehicles in the bunker in GTA 5. Bunkers are all about arms trading and not for parking your sweet rides. You'll have to look for garages if you wanna stash those cars!

Absolutely not. Tried and failed, my friend. Bunkers are for weapon storage and missions, not for your cars. Stick to garages for that.
