Nope, Discord won't tell you directly if someone blocked you. Try sending a message; if it doesn鈥檛 go through, you might be blocked.
In my experience, you know you're blocked when you can no longer see their status or send them messages.
If you suspect someone has blocked you on Discord, try reacting to their message with an emoji. If the reaction doesn't show up, you're probably blocked.
