You can trade items on Steam if you're playing PUBG on PC, but sadly, no such love for PUBG Mobile items.

Nope, the items on PUBG Mobile are tied to your account and can't be traded on Steam or anywhere else.

I've tried this myself, and you just can't trade PUBG Mobile items on Steam. Gotta stick to in-game purchases or gifts.
