From my experience, I've tried and it didn’t work. They use different save file locations and formats.

Unfortunately, you can't directly transfer save data between Xbox Game Pass and Epic Games. Your best bet might be to check if the game offers cloud saves or cross-platform support.

Nope, save transfers between Xbox Game Pass and Epic Games Store aren’t supported. You'll have to start fresh, sorry!
