Trust me, as someone who went full Genocide Route once - no going back. Even if you delete everything, the game 'remembers' in weird ways.

Nope, once you complete the Genocide Route, your save file is tainted forever. The only way to truly start fresh is to uninstall the game and delete the save files from your system.
