Mewtwo doesn't appear in Brawl. You can play as him in Melee or download him as DLC in Smash 4 and Ultimate.

Nope, you can't unlock Mewtwo in Super Smash Bros Brawl. He wasn't included in the roster for that game, unfortunately. But you can find him in Melee and later in the 3DS/Wii U versions as DLC!

Sorry to break it to you, but Mewtwo is not in Super Smash Bros Brawl. He was in Melee and came back as DLC in Smash 4 and Ultimate.
