Unfortunately, Switch controllers aren't natively compatible with the Xbox Series X. You'll need to use a special adapter like the 8BitDo Wireless USB Adapter to make it work.

Nope, you can't use a Switch controller on an Xbox Series X without some sort of adapter. Microsoft and Nintendo just don't play that nice together.

Short answer: No. Xbox Series X doesn't support Switch controllers directly. Look into adapters if you're desperate!

I've tried it with my own Switch Pro Controller, and it didn't work until I got an adapter. So yeah, you need an adapter for it!
