Yep, you can visit Brad in GTA 5, but not in the way you might think. He's chillin' (well, sort of) in a very *permanent* location - the graveyard. During the mission 'Bury the Hatchet,' Michael takes a trip to North Yankton, and you can find Brad's grave there. Kinda spooky, but hey, it's a visit!
